Halogen lamps and LED headlights have significant differences in many aspects

Light-emitting principle:
Halogen lamp: It heats the tungsten filament to make it glow, similar to traditional incandescent lamps.
LED lamp: It uses semiconductor materials to directly convert electrical energy into light energy, and has higher light-emitting efficiency.

Brightness and irradiation range:
Halogen lamp: The brightness is low, the irradiation range is limited, and it usually needs to be replaced frequently.
LED lamp: High brightness, wide irradiation range, provide clearer vision, suitable for high-speed driving.

Energy efficiency and life:
Halogen lamp: Low energy efficiency, short service life, usually around 1000 hours.
LED lamp: High energy efficiency, long service life, up to 50,000 hours, reducing the frequency of replacement.

Color temperature and light color:
Halogen lamp: The color temperature is between 2000K and 4000K, emitting a yellowish warm light.
LED lamp: The color temperature is usually above 5000K, emitting blue or white light, and the light is brighter and whiter.

Energy consumption:
Halogen lamp: High power consumption, usually around 55 watts.
LED lights: low power consumption, power is generally around 20 watts, more energy-efficient.
Driving experience and safety:

Halogen lights: soft light, strong penetration, suitable for rainy and foggy weather, but insufficient brightness.
LED lights: high brightness, good lighting effect, but the light may be glaring, so be careful when using.

Price:
Halogen lights: cheap, suitable for ordinary models.
LED lights: high price, mostly used in mid-to-high-end models.
